Dell OptiPlex Gs Computer problems

I recently uninstalled Microsoft Works from the "C" drive. I had a Local Disk with Windows Millenium Edition on the "D" drive. After changing the lithium battery, the Local Disk has been moved onto the "C" drive and I can't access eith drive. How can this be resolved ?

Look in the BIOS screens and adjust the boot order. BIOS is normally accessed by pressing Del (delete) key when first switching the machine on. Alternatively press keys randomly and an error message should appear with an option to enter the BIOS.
