Yes, but you will need a new windows license if you totally replace it. To use the old one and the new one, no need to wipe anything. However, I can't find anything about the mbo anywhere. You may need to buy a SATA to USB for the HDD if you want to use it side by side or for backups.

Thank you, but I forgot to mention it a usff gx620, so it only takes 1 hdd inside.
And I wanted to use it for a new windows 8.1 system install that I'm waiting to know if this is possible.
