Dell optiplex vs Dell precision for virtualization

Hi,
I am looking out to get a new hardware for concept testing on Oracle and Veritas clusters with 6 or 7VM's each running one or two database simultaneously.Would like to have suggestions on, what would be the difference on using an optiplex 9010 vs precision t3600. I don't expect me using graphic intense applications. Would like to have expandability to accommodate growing needs of database software's. Please share your valuable suggestions.

Do you already have the systems or just wanting to know which one to get? If you already have them we would need to know the specs as both can be configured in multiple ways. If you donlt have them yet I would suggest the Precision with either the 6-core or 8-core Xeon cpu and atleast 16Gb of ram.
