Dell P2815Q 4K ( 1440p 60hz With CRU ? )

Hi there i just bought a new 4k monitor the Dell P2815Q.
This monitor run at 30hz in 3840x2160 and 2560x14440 resolution and 60hz at 1080p.
Now my question is that i read somewhere that you setup your monitor to run in 60hz in 1440p with the CRU program.

I try to do that but i dont understand exactly how it works. I make some changes in the programs but those changes never actually works in my monitor.
Is there someone to know how to do it ?

CRU stands for the Custom Resolution Utility. The above link has some directions to follow. You need a dual link DVI cable.

This monitor doesnt have VGA/DVI input/output, got only mini-DisplayPort/DisplayPorts and HDMI 1.4.

Sounds like then you are out of luck for CRU with that monitor.
