Hey there, guys. First of all I just wanna wish you guys, a very Merry Christmas!!! 
I'm having a problem with my mom's notebook. We took a family vacation since last thursday (22/12) and returned today. When my mom turned her notebook on, the following message appeared:

I pressed F5 to see if I could figure it out what was going on, but then, after a few tests, this message showed up:

I really don't know what's going on. It was working fine the last time she used it.
