[SOLVED] Dell PC makes loud click when I turn it off

I have a refurbished Dell XPS 8940. When I turn off the PC, it makes two loud mechanical clicks, similar to the sound in this video (

). It only happens when I turn off the computer.

I've had Dells for years, and never heard this sound. I'm wondering if this indicates a defect, or whether this is normal for the newer PCs. My specs are 16 GB, 1 TB hard drive, 512 GB SSD, GTX 1660 video card.
