Dell PC older running Windows 7 Pro

I wanna know if I am able to installed fresh copy of windows 7 Pro on Seagate SSHD 1TB on Dell PC Intel Core 2 Duo it has the Legacy BIOS well it work I just need know before I purchase Seagate 1TB SSHD I need help before I actually proceed in purchase the sshd

There shouldn't be any problem. Just be sure that in Accessories/System Tools that Auto Defragmentation is turned off. This can damage the SSD.
