Hi all,

I'm using RDP to connect to my physical poweredge server, what i want to try is to get the audio to run from my computer through to that power edge server, basically using a microphone on my pc and allowing it to be picked up on the server.

Can this be done with some sort of Virtual Card, or do I need to physically install a sound card? as the server is obviously currently showing no audio devices

You would need to install a physical card to render audio.

Thanks for the reply, installed a dell riser card and also ordering the PCI-E sound card tomorrow
