I just bought myself a dell Poweredge R410 from eBay and 2 xeon E5620's. I have myself Intel coolers and plugged them into the PSU directly. I also have 8 times 1GB DDR3 ECC ram sticks.
Is there a way I can jumper this board? I have been searching day and night how to do so but I can't seem to find an answer.
Here are the links to the things I bought.

The most likely solution is to buy myself a front controller board (also from eBay) but I am not sure if just buying that would work. Is there anything else that I need?

Solution
stick a paperclip in the back of the 24pin it will make contact. be careful it is 120volts from the green. To answer you question more directly i dont believe you can jump two pins nor is their any way to find out what pins to jump. from a quick search it looks like you would have to get every component between the front panel and the mobo which normally includes a hard drive backplain

Wait what? How am I supposed to jump the black and green on the PSU if they are already connected to the motherboard? My question was is there a normal motherboard jumper just like in standard ATX motherboards? Will a front board controller guarantee to do the trick? Or do I need anything else such as RAID controllers but I am only going to use the onboard SATA ports so I hope not.
