Question Dell Precision 5520 - Headphone jack not working?

I purchased this laptop back in late 2017.
Windows 10 PRO. Great laptop, but for some crazy reason the headphone jack stopped working a few months ago.
I put in a service call, they replaced the motherboard and the audio card, and same condition.
Has anyone run into this issue with these?
I ran through all the videos on how to fix audio issues, but none work.

Assuming speakers work? What audio devices does it show installed in device manager?
