Can any one help please

Many Thanks

this is my first time on Tom's Hardware please forgive me if i have post it in the wrong forum

Welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums,
Try removing and reinserting your memory modules - I'm assuming you are referring to the diagnostic lights on the back by "three and four", that relates to a memory failure which is why attempting to reset the memory just might work here.

Thank you for the reply i have 17gb in total in the system, the new xeon quad core cpu are E5405 2.0ghz 12m and my motherboard is 0MY171 i was told by the company i bought it from it can handle xeon quad core cpu's

there are 8 slots and all occupied with 4gb 2gb and 512 dimms

when i inserted the xeon 5405 cpu all i got was power button solid green, 3 and 4 lights on the front of the system and fans at full speed
