Should i buy dell precision t3500 for mid range gaming or some other pc at that budget

Depends on what it is equipped with. I just happen to have one of those old Dell workstation beasts. Xeon W3670 (i7-970 basically), 6x4GB RAM, and a GTX 1060 3GB. Plays every game I own at max/near max settings @ 1080p. But the computer weighs a ton!

The T3500 are an excellent choice as base for budget gaming system. I am also running one, with RX 480 card. Have re-purposed a few more for others as well. Some with 1060. They run anything you throw at them. Even do VR with a good USB 3.0 expansion card.

If you plan to run Windows stay away from the T3500 N-series networking boxes.
