Dell Precision Workstation 490 Upgrade

I have a Dell Precision Workstation 490 whose psu is showing signs of impending failure. It has a single Dual Core Xeon 5050 cpu. Although it's ancient, it runs beautifully for my application. The problem is that the motherboard has a 20 pin and a 24 pin power connector, both of which are supplied from a single 750W psu. I haven't been able to find a psu with two ATX cables. Does anybody still make such an animal?
My other option is to replace both the psu and power supply. Does anybody know if the 490 case has a standard mounting profile so that most any motherboard will fit?

The 2nd cable isn't an ATX. It's only for the Dell FBDIMM computers. The T5400, and T7400 both used that RAM and had dual CPUs, and dual GPU capability.
The 7400 was 1000W, The 5400 was 875W. The 490 had a 750W and they seem to trade for around $25 on ebay. If you get the bigger ones get it with the cables too.

Dell MP480 from the XPS720 looks like what you need. !000W with 24 and 20 pin cables and 4X PCIe 6 pin.= 2X8 pin.
