Dell PSU in a new Corsair Case?

So I am going to buy a new Corsair Case (http://www.corsair.com/en-us/carbide-series-spec-04-mid-tower-gaming-case-black-red) and the only thing I am curious about is that will my Dell Optiplex 790 MT Stock Power Supply unit (265W) would fit in that case nicely. If not, what substitutes can I buy and what sizes about PSU's matter?

Also I am going to get a mATX motherboard new in it so will it be good enough? I just am curious if the PSU would fit.

The PSU should be a standard ATX form factor and will fit.
