G'day folks, just a quick question today about a Dell PSU from a Dell Precision 470 Workstation/Server. Here is the link to the power supply:

I have this unit lying around and I know it works as I have had it running in the 470 before. What I want to know is how to turn the PSU on without the motherboard. I know the old green and black wire trick but that doesn't work. The cables are some tricky non standard connectors and I was just wondering if any of you know how to start this up.
