Dell psu with r7 240

Can i safely put a r7 240 for a good htpc and general office work on this psu?

the built in graphics of the CPU should be plenty for HTPC and office work, should even support at least 2 monitors. (provided you have an HDMI monitor and a VGA monitor)

I will need 4k capabilities for watching movies on a tv here and there.my monitor would be at 1440p.Thats why i am asking if that psu would do the job for r7 240
