Dell R510 Motherboard Front Panel pinout

http://www.ebay.com/itm/232518458146 This is a board I bought . I also bought Dell R510 PSU from aliexpress and 2 xeon CPU (X5670) , 32 gigs ECC 10600R RAM . My problem is I can't find the Power button switch in bobo Front panel pin .

Is there a way I can jumper this board? I have been searching day and night how to do so but I can't seem to find an answer.

Appears to have a 40-pin header you must have connected. No jumping a couple pins.

So, I can't power on the mobo without front panel ? I want hack it to fit the ATX case.
YU333 Control Panel Cable & KP013 Control Panel use 40 pins, but R510 mobo front panel cable have 50 pins . Is it fit ?

Dell has ambient air temperature sensors and other things in the front header. They vary quite a bit including pinouts which they don't usaully publish. generally you need the panel and cable for each system.
