I've recently installed a new PSU, a 450w cooler master GX-450w onto my dell studio xps 435mt, stock motherboard.

now 3 months later, after unplugging it and returning from abroad, there appears to be a RAM or a motherboard issue.

I run into a bsod citing something to do with a bad request in the non-paged memory pool. this is followed after rebooting, 15 minutes later by a HDD related bsod.

whilst pre-occupied by running HDD checks and making a system image, i forget about the memory related bsod and soon later, run into the computer freezing after it trying to get into sleep mode.

later reboot the system, and realise that only 2 of my 6, 1gbDDR3 ram sticks were loaded onto the system and utilised. I try run the windows memory diagnostic, but upon that reboot, the system fails at POST and throws out 2 beeps:

beep codes before start:
2 beep No memory modules detected

this leads me to remove all the modules, and try simply using one module in one slot, as there are a lot of combinations with 6 slots and 6 sticks, i only tried a few.

now does this sound like a motherboard issue? or would it be that all of my ram sticks have failed due to replacing my psu?

edit: apologies if this belongs in the motherboard section!

As per that, 2 beeps means no memory detected (scroll down to the newer systems section)
