Question Dell S3222DGM Settings Help

I have recently purchased this monitor and wanted to see if the settings could be improved for an even better picture. I read the review of this monitor on this website which listed the settings used for their testing and am confused. The first 5 settings list brightness in nits and I can find no where in the monitor settings where this can be set. Am I missing something or not understanding how its done? Any help is appreciated. These are the settings as listed in tom's Hardware review -

Reviewers use a colorimeter to measure nits on various brightness settings. The monitor itself is typically 0-100 brightness settings.
