Dell Settings missing from Windows Mobility Center

Hi guys, my laptop had a bad windows 10 update from a few weeks back, so I recently did a clean reinstall of Windows 10 on my laptop.

After the reinstall everything went back to normal but I found out that some Dell settings in Mobility Center, which was there before the reinstall, is now gone. I also noticed the clean reinstall got rid of all the bloatware and Dell products that came with the laptop so I was wondering is there anyway I can get it back, the settings in WMC I mean ? Thanks !

My laptop is Dell i7559-2512BLK
