My max budget is around £230 - i'm really interested in this monitor. Does anyone have this monitor and can anyone share any pros or cons?

I've heard a few different reviews, someone pointed me to a samsung as it has a different panel (not a TN?)

I'm an avid graphic designer and i'm seeking a good quality display that will meet my needs for the budget I have.

I currently have an old CRT monitor that is slowly enduring a painfull death - colours are fuzzy and black levels are bad!

Avid graphic designer? You don't want a TN then. The best I can think of that's anywhere near your price range is the Dell 2209WA. It has an IPS panel, and would do far better than any TN panel for your application.
