I'm looking for some thoughts on this 23" Dell model:

I plan on hooking it up to my laptop (Envy 14) and using it to watch movies as well as play games like World of Warcraft: Cataclysm.
I'm looking to spend no more than $250ish on a monitor so I thought this one fit the bill nicely. Thoughts/concerns/suggestions?
