Question Dell t110 GPU compatibility

I just got an old t110 from a local business, I'm looking to add a gpu with hdmi output to it. From what i can gather, the pcie slot can only deliver a maximum of 25 watts.
Would a gpu that takes power through the pcie power connector work with this particular system or am i limited to 25 watt gpus?
