Dell T3600 Workstation PSU seems dead!

How do I test a DELL FLEX F635EF-00 635W PSU to see if it's dead or not? Do I need to slide it back to the Workstation in order to use its connectors?

Thanks for the link but this applies to regular PSU's, not the FLEX Hot PLUG ones. Or do I need to plug back the PSU and test it using the cables attached to the Workstation? And yes, I've used a multimeter to test PSU and I have a PSU tester too.

That may be a way to do the testing - but be cautious and careful.

Key is to find the specs, but it is also important to be able to safely test the PSU.

Without some specific testing procedure with respect to testing while hot (i.e., "plug back", I would be somewhat hesitant to go that route.

Try to find a procedure: maybe an old dell manual somewhere with the "how to" information.

Just to minimize the change of getting hurt or damaging something.
