Dell T5500 Precsion don't boot with usb

Hi guys, I have the same problem, I must reinstall the OS by a usb.

My BIOS is A16, I download the win1064bit.iso and create a usb bootable.

But when I star the PC, don't working, It does nothing.

You must go in to the BIOS settings and set the USB device as the first boot device.

Alternatively, you can bring up the one-time boot device menu and select USB device there with up/down arrow keys, then press Enter.
