Dell T5600 CPU upgrade

I have a T5600. It has 2 E5-2620 processors. I want to upgrade them. I purchased 2 refurbished E5-2687W V2 and when I power on the computer the monitor stays black. Are the CPUs bad? Do I need a larger power supply for these CPUs to work? Help!!!! I also updated Bios to A15 which was the latest Dell listed for this machine.

Are those CPU's listed as supported in a T5600? If Dell didn't put in the code in the BIOS to allow them to work than they wont. What happens if you only run it in a single socket configuration?

You have gone from 2x95W CPU to 2x 150W CPUs. But the 2x8 pin CPU power connectors should handle that.
If you look around in here you may find that V2 is the problem.

There are E5-26xx in Sandy Bridge,E5-26xx V2 is Ivy Bridge, and V3 is Haswell.
The E52620 is 32nm, the E52687W V2 is 22nm.
There is also an E5-2687W that's not V2.
