Hello,

We're providing a restaurant management system to various restaurants where we've deployed a Dell Tower workstation. One of the restaurant face random restarts and crash issues. Sometimes when we manually try to power on the server after its crashed, the led screen displays nothing without giving a beep. In order to power on the server, we then unplug its power cable, reseat memory modules (total 2 x 4gb ram) and the system gets powered on. That concludes that the issue is somewhere related to memory but on reseating the same memory modules the system starts to work again ?

Now the problem is, a restaurant can't bear this downtime and we need a solid solution to overcome such memory issues.

Please give your best suggestions.

The next time this happens unplug the power cord.....let it sit for a couple mins.....plug in the power cord.....does the machine now power up?
