Dell U2311H vs Benq EW2430 or something under 300€

I want to buy a 23-24 Inch monitor. I dont care so mutch about response time because I`ll mainly use for Office, Multimedia and some games.
What do you recommend under 300€, Dell U2311H, Benq EW2430 or other?
