So ten years old now and they still work fine but the screens are starting to yellow a bit. Google says CCFLs can last 20,000-40,000 hours but I don't know if Dell is on the high end or low end of this range. The monitors have been used below 30% brightness at all times. Would like to hear from anyone still running old Dell monitors.

Solution
No way to guess, could die tomorrow could die in 4 years. Why bother worrying about it? If it's working, continue to use it, when it fails, replace it. Past that you gain absolutely nothing from someone saying "well on average it will last 20,000 hours" since that does not say anything about how long your actual screen will last.
