Dell U2410 vs U2412

Hi all - Need some enlightenment. 1st I am not a gamer. My primary use for a new monitor is editing hundreds of photo's.
I have narrowed my search to the 2 Dell 24" Ultrasharp models listed above. They are $180 apart in price, and I'm aware of Premier Color and what it does.

My question(s) to the community are: 1.) Since I am not a graphics prof., do I need Premier Color for photo editing?
2.) What else does the higher price model include/offer?

If you are not a professional and you are only editing for personal use and to share with friends then there is no reason to spend the extra money on the U2410M.
