Dell u2410f turning on or off randomly

Hi!

I have a problem with my DELL U2410F, it's turning off oron randomly. Sometimes it's doing this thing few times in a few minutes.

For example, doing something on PC, then boop, monitor is turning off, I have to turn on it manually, then boop another off, after that everything is okay for few hours/for a day.

I am using DVI cable.

Can someone help me?

does the monitor power light turn off too?

Yeah, it does

as your power light turns off to then it appears you have a bad power board in the monitor possibly caused by a bad cap. i've fixed a few monitors that had that issue either on the power board or video controller board. how handy technical wise are you?
