Dell U2414H have Eye care features?

I've checked everywhere and read reviews but can't get an answer to whether the U2414H has eye care features or not, I need it.

If Not, what is the Asus equivalent or better monitor.
Must have a IPS panel. I am not a gamer.

Is a VA panel ok?

The Benq GW2470H has some nice eye care features. I had the GW2265HM with the same features, really liked them and the monitor as a whole.
