Dell U2414H vs. LG 24MP77HM-P

I want to get a new monitor for Web Design, Web Development, Gaming.

My main requests are:
- Great color representation;
- 5ms or less response time
- ~75Hz or more
- Kind of scratch resistant

I stopped at these two ( I like LG's looks more):

Which one is overall better?
Are there any better choices for under 1300 RON ( 320 USD) on any of these two sites?

The DELL is the best out of the two. Only thing it doesn't satisfy is the refresh rate. To run it in 75hz you will have to swtich to 4:3 resolution (black bars) but same goes for the LG.

Nothing is wrong with the LG one, just dell's ultrasharp series give the best picture in the consumer market.
