There seems to be two versions of "Dell U2415" model: 210-AEVE (860-BBEW) and 210-AEVE/5Y . Some sellers have both versions but the specifications are the same or mixed up inconsistently depending on the seller and the price is also inverted and I'm at a point where I don't understand which version is which and which one is better.
One local seller says that it's 210-AEVE for 200 euros and 210-AEVE/5Y for 250-300 euros and the other seller says the other way around, the specitifactions are also all over the place. For example one seems to says that the more costly one is IPS, the other says the opposite, but it's hard to say. And also, shouldn't all versions of this model be IPS?

Can someone explain what is the difference between them and which one is better? Here's a link to two sellers that I was looking at and can't understand which is which:

I think it's just retail and oem version. They do that with other dell models as well.

I didn't know monitor displays were sold in OEM and retails versions, thought that was a Windows OS thing. I'm not finding much info on Dell OEM vs retail, what are the differences? Which version is typically more expensive?
