Dell U2417HA monitor with adjustable arm

Greetings fellow enthusiasts. I was wondering if someone could tell me the max desk thickness the arm clamp can be mounted to? I've tried contacting dell support/sales, however noone seems to know the answer.

Any info would be much appreciated.

I couldn't find any information on this either, if I had to guess I'd assume it would be like most others so about 5-8 inches or so, I could be way off mind you that is just my best educated guess.
