Question Dell Ultra 2312

Will the Dell Ultra 2312 work with nVidia 2070 super?
At least in the short term until I figure out what monitor I want or need.

Thanks, I was assuming it should still work but not get full affects of AMD or Nvidia syncing.
The monitor is viewable from every angle and colors are great.
