Is the PSU in this PC big enough to add an 8800gt?

Dell Vostro 200 Mini Tower Core 2 Duo E4500 2.2Ghz 1GB/160GB, 19in LCD, DVD burner, XP or Vista, 1yr warranty $419 shipped free by Next Day Air. Exp soon

That is an amazing price for a nice computer with a monitor. I would change it to 2 gigs of ram and would want to add an 8800gt. I think the power supply is only 300 watts however. Would it be stable?

You're going to want a different PSU. You may face a problem in that it's a mini Tower and some PSUs may not fit. While that looks like a good price you're getting a small case with a poor PSU and you should add a GB of RAM but not from Dell, way too expensive

yeah, this is a great deal... I've seen them do this model in all sorts of hardware configs for between $400 and 450. best one they had e4400 w\ 2gb, dvdrw, and 22'' lcd.

the minitower should fit any psu, might want to look into something modular though so you dont have a tangle of cables filling up your case.
