Dell Vostro 3750 ram and hdd upgrade. Are these compatible?

Hi, i'm searching hdd and ram upgrade, and found something in this site: http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/Dell/vostro-3750

Max ram mhz is 1866, and crucial write is compatible, but in Dell manual supported DDR3 1033/1333 Mhz, so what to believe, and what memory is decent one?

And one more question which ssd to buy? Are these compatible too?

And one more question, which i7 Cpu was best for this machine?
