I have always sworn by Dell, not because of their products but because of their amazing no questions asked warranties. Every time I had an issue with my Dell a tech is out to replace it the next day. I have broke the laptop before and simply said it doesn't work and they replaced parts (screen). They even upgraded my laptop for free!!! I got 4 years out of an $800 system (with the upgrade).

I have bought a Samsung at Best Buy. The salesman claimed that best buy has "friendly" warranties but a lot of things I read online say it can be tough to get them to fix your laptop\force upgrade. I think im going to return the laptop and go back to Dell.
