My Camera Is not working
when i open yahoomessenger or orkut just it will blink the camera and after that it is not working

yes, it's your webcam driver. check out the official dell site for a working driver, that should work. if you did but still no help on the manufacturer's site, hope this dell site can be helpful to you instead:

i had driver issue with my dell 2 moths ago, i googled with "dell drivers" and found this dell site. the program there offers free scan and worked perfectly for me, all my driver problems are gone after running it.
