Dell XPS 12 9Q33 Touch Screen Driver Missing After Windows 10 Pro x64

Hi,
I just did a clean install of Windows 10 Pro x64 on my Dell XPS 12 9Q33. Afterwords, it was missing a few drivers. I was able to get all but 2. Both are for my touch screen. I did the Windows 10 Upgrade before doing the clean install, and everything worked, so there must be a way to get the driver to work. However, I'm at a loss. I've tried running the installers in compatibility mode for Windows 8 to no avail. I've tried manually selecting the drivers. Here's the hardware IDs:
First:

Did you flash the BIOS? And update the firmware? Both are pretty critical.
