[SOLVED] Dell XPS 13 9310 Artifact & Flickering

I just got a dell xps 9310
when using HDR at 60 hertz it causes artifacting , flicker and even making the screen go blank making it unusable but at 48 hertz it seems fine.
Any reason this could be happening?

Overheating or driver issues cause issues like this, run HW monitor and see how high the temperatures get during use. Check for drivers from Dell site. Did you contact Dell support already?
