Like the title, i need to know for sure:

Dell xps13 9343 with a i7-5500u pair with HD-5500 and 8gb with win10

Can it runs overwatch playable (low is fine with 50-60fps)

More specific answer is welcome!

You're probably looking at about 30fps or so on low. The press stuff about being able to run Overwatch mostly referenced Skylake integrated graphics. And since then Overwatch has added a couple patches that hit IGP's fairly hard.
