Question Dell XPS 420 won't power on.

I have a Dell XPS 420 desktop computer. I have owned it for over 10 years. it has worked well. When I tried to power it on, it would not power on at all. I removed the computer cover and I noticed there was a lot of dust inside the computer. I think the cause of the computer not turning on might be the power supply. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this issue and what might be causing this power issue?

Try to do PSU paper clip test. You can find the tutorial on youtube. If the PSU fan keep spinning, then is not PSU fault.

Is there any indication that power is getting to anything? Like a led somewhere?

Yeah I would look for anything that shows power liek my power button has a white led so I know that power is getting through and my motherboard has a rgb so I know power is getting through

the way to know the psu still load power is do the test. When you try to boot, does HDD Led/CPU LED blinking ?
