dell xps 630i motherboard

hi folks, first time here
I had to replace the motherboard in my dell xps 630i. I replaced it with the same board that came out, now the power button on the case does not work, the system will power up and work properly when I push the on board power button but will not power up with the case mounted power button.
am I missing something?

You may miss the front panel power connection. Check the manual for front panel connections. Or the power button or its wire has problem.

Thank you, I did miss a plug, I found it hiding under the motherboard, plugged it back in and it's working fine.
