sadly all my friends play consoles games or own laptops. =(

Well, I did in up getting it through bestbuy. I talk to my brother in law and he has a friend who took computer engineering. I had him installed it yesterday. However, my pc is running slow. When he started to browser the internet I told him it was running slower than normal but he said it was because I was using nostript. I have used nosript for the last year, and yes it does take longer to load pages but not this long.
He also didn't uninstall the old drivers. I asked about that before he installed the new one and he said it wouldn't be a porbalme. I heard yes and no answers on this, so maybe it's not.
However, now my pc is running slower. Even deleting flies form the computer taking time. It seems to come and go when it wants to be normal and when it wants to be fast. I don't have alot of money to get it check out professionally. I used gifts cards that I saved up to buy the card. Do you think that the old graphic drivers is causing the slow down or something else. All this person did was replaced the graphic card out. He had built is old computer so I assume he knows what he was doing.
As stated the old graphics card was AMD and the new EVGA.
The only pc shop that we have nearby is bestbuy Geek squad. I don't know how much the cost at all.
I have about 8 days left on the return policy.
also since it dind't look like a posted it here's what my Dell is from dell.

Thank you for replying. I might have to try that.(I'm nervous opening up pc and moving stuff around. I have but...)
I think I made of found a way to make it work alright. I used msconfig and turn off AMD External Events Utility and CCC. I didn't notice anything change until after the second restart.
It's slow on start up but It's normally not that fast loading everything so I normally leave it alone for a bit before using it.

So the system still have left over for AMD graphic card. Try looking for DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) and do clean driver uninstallation for both nvidia and amd (for graphic card only; not including AMD motherboard chipset drivers). Then reinstall your nvidia driver.

Yeah AMD is still there. It's weird that two of the little programs where conflicting the most. (seriously runs a lot better with them disable. I also uninstall the extra features that NVIDIA came with)
Do I need take out the GPU from the motherboard or can it be left in before using DDU?

hey!, dell now make a new bios update to march 2014, so you can update and you can upgrade with EVGA GTX 750ti SC with no problem in your standard PSU 460 w, no problem for sure.

Best Regards

Okay thank you.
These are my specs. Do they look okay or do I need to upgrade one of my fans.
