Dell XPS 8300 w/ GPU AMD 7970

Okay simple question. I run a Dell XPS 8300. Can I install an AMD 7970 GPU on it? (ofc i'll upgrade the PSU)

Specs: Dell XPS 8300

Proc: i7-2600 3.4GHz
Ram: 8GB
HDD: 1TB
OS: Win 7 64-bit

I don't see why not? What bothers you? If you upgrade PSU, only the physical dimensions would be something to worry about.
