Yep - motherboard is micro-atx, and yes it should work in that case but be advised that Dell motherboards are known for non-standard mounting holes. You may run into problems if the mounts on the case don't line up.

I'm sure it will be just fine, I compared the dell XPS motherboard to another micro-ATX motherboard and they both have identical mounting holes.
