I bought a cheap 8700 Dell xps and ive made some upgrades and it can run everything i play, but i want to now upgrade the case and PSU, I'm more interested in first upgrading the PSU, because it doesnt seem to be powerfull enough for my GTX1660Super i put in, It runs it but i occasionaly get an issue with the monitor turning off and then the PC shutting down. I need some input on any type of option i have of upgrading the Standard 460 Watt PSU. I would really like to pull the Mobo and put it in a different case with my current build and upgrade the PSU, but from what i see the front panel and power buttons can be an issue. So i am wondering if there is anyway to just put a different PSU in this Computer.

Yes, from what I see the PSU used is standard ATX (as opposed to the proprietary connections some brand name models use). The one concern I'm seeing is the physical dimensions of the PSU. The original unit is a fairly tight fit behind the optical drives, I'd look carefully at the dimensions of any considered unit compared to those of the OEM Dell unit.
