Dell XPS 9550 Very slow RAM

I have a Dell XPS 9550 i7-6700HQ with 32GB RAM. I have run UserBenchMark and it is telling me that my RAM is "Performing below potential (31st percentile) - ensure that a dual+ channel XMP BIOS profile is enabled"

The RAM is Crucial BLS16G4S240FSD.16FAD 2x16GB

There doesn't appear to be a dual+ channel XML BIOS setting. How do I get this RAM to perform more optimally?

UserBenchMark is useless, it comparing all different spec.
[strike]not just the same 2133mhz ram on the dell.[/strike]
didn't see you upgraded the ram. Do what SkyNet said
